Methods of payment

All prices quoted are in US dollars. We accept Master Card, Visa, Discover and American Express charge cards (be sure to include credit card # and expiration date). We also accept checks and money orders in US dollars.

Shipping

All US Equinology orders are shipped priority mail at the current postal service rate. Only US addresses allowed. However, some of our affiliates do ship overseas.

Standard Returns Policy

Purchases made from Equinology, INC must be returned to:

PO Box 1192, Gualala, CA 95445, USA

It is your responsibility to review our affiliate's return policies before purchasing.

You may return an Equinology, INC purchase if:

• The book was found to be damaged or faulty. We will either replace the book or give you a full refund (including postage). Please state which option you'd prefer. If you require a replacement, we will wait to receive the faulty copy from you before dispatching a new one.
• If we have made a mistake in fulfilling your order, a full refund (including postage costs) will of course be given.
• The book does not meet with your requirements. This is subject to the following conditions:
• The book must be returned within 30 days of receipt in the USA.
• It must be in pristine and resaleable condition.
• It must be accompanied by a copy of the delivery note or receipt. Postage costs will not be refunded and there will be a 15% restocking fee.

For purchases from Equinology, INC:

·         Returns are only accepted with authorization. Refunds will be given in the same tender type as the original payment.

·         Please allow 14 days (in addition to the delivery time) for the return to be processed.
