Registering for US and Australia Courses:
The deadline to enroll for courses offered by Equinology, Inc ® is four weeks prior to the first day of class. Tuitions $200 and over will require a nonrefundable, nontransferable $200 deposit to enroll. Any course with tuition $200 or less will require payment in full upon registration (EQ400 and EQ500). A $50 Late Fee is assessed for any registration processed less than thirty days prior to the start of the course.
Confirmation letters as well as the course outline, things to bring, required study before the course (if applicable), directions and lodging will be sent when the deposit has been paid. A Study Guide for the foundation massage classes (EQ100, 101, 102, and 104), progressive anatomy class (EQ900), biomechanics class (EQ300/600) and glossaries for the Equiken® class (EQ200) are also sent at this time. The balance of the tuition is collected four weeks prior to the start of the course date. For Australia courses and courses which employ overseas instructors (EQ2020: Essential Oils) the balance of the tuition is due 8 weeks prior to the first day of course.
Inside the US: Checks, money orders or credit card numbers with expiration dates should be sent to Equinology, Inc., PO Box 1192, Gualala, CA 95445. Those registering from outside the United States to attend courses held in the United States can do so by credit card, international cashier’s check or international money order in US funds made out to Equinology, Inc. Mail to the same address listed above.
Please note:
- You cannot be confirmed on a class list until the deposit is received
- Please prepare yourself for the course if precourse study is required
- If a course has required texts, you should purchase these prior to the course
- Please read the list of things to bring
- In accordance with Title VII of the Civil Rights Act: We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex or national origin

Refund Policies: Participants will be refunded the full amount of tuition less $200 deposit within 30 days or greater notice prior to the start of the course. No refund will be given to any participant with less than 30 days notice prior to the start of the course. No refunds after this time for any reason. Please understand we can only run courses if they at least break even or incur a small loss. Our instructors' contract policy allows us 30 days cancellation after which we are locked into our agreement with them. If you are unable to attend you may sell your spot to another individual as long as that person has met the course prerequisites. Please notify the office for the data correction. Equinology reserves the right to cancel workshops due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to, low enrollment, at which time all fees (including the deposit) collected for the purpose of enrollment will be refunded.
Please Note:
- Equinology cannot be responsible for any loses incurred by registrants resulting from canceled or postponed workshops
- Equinology recommends that registrants secure travel insurance
- Overseas courses have a 60-day cancellation notice
- Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable; no exceptions
- Tuition is due 30 days prior to course commencement (60 days for Australia)
- A $25 fee is charged for any returned checks
